Steve Fidel Quashigah is a native of Kedzi, born and bred in the suburb of Keta Municipality in the Volta Region of Ghana. He holds a Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising from the Ghana Institute of Journalism and a bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Ghana. Steve is a Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP), an Associate of the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM) and a Life Member of the International Academy of Project Management (IAPM). He is also an alumnus of London Metropolitan University Business School with an MBA in General Management.
Steve has held senior management portfolios in corporate environments; leading a number of innovative and change processes within international and multicultural contexts in Ghana’s media, telecommunications and banking sectors. He resigned as Country Head of Enterprise Business Support and General Resource Management at Access Bank Ghana to manage a chain of own businesses including Parity Investments and Creeq Royal Apartments. He is also a managing partner of Synergy Impact Consult. Married to Setor with three children, Steve is an innate philanthropist with a deep passion for rural community work to eradicate poverty and uplift livelihood of humanity.
